Are background checks done for candidate employees?

Background and drug tests are done upon request of the Client.

We use an on-line testing service called Proveit, which tests anything from clerical to ---- Behavioral assessments.

What do I do if I am not happy with the person assigned to my company?

When the client requests a person, we pay careful attention to the detail of the position and the staffing professional will go their office or place of employment to get a better idea of the duties of the position in order to place the best person.  We advertise, interview and select at least 3 people who fit the requirements of the position, send the client these resumes, schedule interviews with the client in order to place the best person the first time.
