How should I dress?

Anytime you interview you should put your best foot forward.  Even if you are a little overdressed for the position the client will appreciate the time you took to present a professional appearance.

When do I get paid?

For the first 480 hours you are paid by Premiers Staffing Solutions.  Time must be turned in Monday by 12 noon in order to receive your check or direct deposit on Thursday anytime after 3:00 PM.

Will I be eligible for any benefits?

Most positions are Temp-to-Hire positions.  Benefits such as holiday pay after 1200 hours and 35 hours vacation available after 1500 hours of employment .  Medical benefits are catastrophic.  Most employees are comfortably employed by the client a long time before they earn Temporary Benefits.

If I work on a holiday, do I qualify for holiday pay?

Holiday pay is available after 1200 hours employment completed. 35 hours of paid vacation are available after completing 1500 hours of employment and time will begin over after 1500 hours are complete.  Vacation time cannot be held over.

As an employee of Premier Staffing Solutions, will I be eligible for paid vacation?

If for some reason you are going to out of work you need to call your supervisor at Premier Staffing Solutions before you call the client.  The supervisor will contact the client.  There are occasions when the client requests that you personally call them in such cases, which is okay but you also need to inform your Premier Staffing Solutions supervisor any time you will be out for a doctors appointment, sick or going to be late for work.

If I am going to miss a day of work, whom do I call?

Cell phones are not allowed on temporary assignments.  If for any reason someone wants to get in touch with you they should be given Premier Staffing Solutions phone number as an emergency contact.  A Premier Staffing Solutions supervisor will contact the client with a message immediately.
